It’s no secret that the pandemic inspired a cycling boom. According to the Outdoor Industry Association’s 2020 participation report, last year cycling was one of the top three activities, behind walking and running. With thousands of new cyclists on the road in Nevada, this month, Southern Nevada Bicycle Coalition launched Ride Safe: Know Before You Go. Targeting new and existing cyclists, the campaign hopes to help achieve Nevada’s goal of zero fatalities. For more information visit, www.snvbc.org.
